Traveling for photoshoots is my favorite thing ever.
Add to that some amazing friends to explore with…and it’s absolute perfection.
I flew into Chicago a couple of weekends ago for a two-day stop on my way down to Florida for a spring break trip and so naturally I had to schedule a photoshoot while I was there. And Chicago did not disappoint. I always love exploring new places and although I’m actually quite familiar with Chicago and the many amazing places to take photos downtown I had an awesome time finding new locations and just exploring the city with Jordan & Amy – and of course capturing some beautiful moments on camera throughout the process.
Jordan & Amy are an absolute joy to hang out with and I think we spent more time laughing than we even did talking (and we talked a LOT). We started our day out finding some out-of-the-way spaces in and around Millennium Park before branching out into the city and over to the lakeshore before finishing up our session on a rooftop overlooking Michigan Avenue and the Chicago river. All in all, this day was an absolute dream (AND WE EVEN GOT SNOW!!) and the photos we took capture beautifully the fun-loving relationship Jordan & Amy share. I can’t wait to spend more time with these two…here’s to the future!!
