Welcome to the stunning summer wedding of Casey and Michael. A perfectly suited couple whose beautiful love story began in Hong Kong and continues in the USA. They married in a stunning setting at Palos Verdes Estates, Los Angeles.
Every bridal couple has a unique love story. I was able to capture the very essence of Casey and Michael’s love story in their glorious wedding film.
Address: 3301 Via Campesina, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274
The Palos Verdes Peninsula in Los Angeles, California is part of the South Bay region. Situated on the cliffs above the blue sweeping waves of the Pacific Californian Coastline. This destination is a spectacular location for a coastal wedding venue.
The beautiful Palos Verdes Gold Club was designed by George Thomas and William Bell and built overlooking the ocean in 1924. Situated on the exquisite property is an elegant Spanish style clubhouse. Panoramic views on top of the cliffs will delight any bride and groom for their wedding day photos and video. The Palos Verdes Golf Club caters for all kinds of functions. It offers a classic wedding garden including a dark wood pergola for ceremonies.
I collaborated on this one with Los Angeles- based wedding photographer Emily Magers in our new photo/video joint venture. This enabled me to focus solely on the cinematic side of this perfect summer wedding love story at Palos Verdes Estates, Los Angeles.
Casey was absolutely stunning in her strapless wedding dress with its layered skirt and bodice. Her hair was swept to one side with a pearl-encrusted clip, and she had on matching pearl studs. Michael wore a dark bray suit, white shirt, blue tie and black, leather shoes. With a beautiful, fresh bouquet of pink and white roses, Casey was all that Michael could ever have dreamed of in a bride.
The stunning bridal party of 10 groomsmen and 5 bridesmaids walked down the rose petal isle to the pergola and the ceremony began. Casey and Michael had written their own vows, which was touching to hear. The reception was exquisite with the onsite catering providing an unforgettable cuisine experience. Hong Kong and American traditions entwined to create a fun and celebratory atmosphere.
Casey and Michael’s wedding film captures the true essence of this special day of celebrating their love for one another. Reading their vows as the wedding footage flows through the day, you will see memories that will be treasured forever.
My absolute favorite part of the day was when we got to sneak away to the ocean for golden hour. The sunset in Palos Verdes, that evening was stunning! It was a great time just getting away from all the wedding-day hype.
